This house in Surbiton received the skills and experience of our design team when they created a loft conversion and single storey rear extension.
The loft conversion created two bedrooms and a shower room with Velux windows to the front allowing for additional light to flow through the house.
The rear extension is full width with a flat roof construction, roof lanterns and sliding doors. Internal alterations included this beautiful kitchen, diner, and family space. Completed just in time for summer get togethers; enjoy your new home.
