MEASURED BUILDING SURVEYOR 

SUNBURY-ON-THAMES

This fast-paced dynamic team are always on the lookout for talented, driven people and are currently looking for a Measured Building Surveyor.
Providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail, the successful candidate will complete detailed measured building surveys using a Leica BLK 360 laser scanner, they will then be responsible for downloading and preparing the point cloud data.
Due to the high volume of projects, there may also be the opportunity to draw existing floor plans and elevations in Revit using the point cloud data.
This varied role requires good attention to detail and strong communication skills, in return Fluent’s highly skilled team will provide on-the-job training in Revit and Leica Cyclone software.
Fluent service Surrey and the surrounding area and it is therefore essential the candidate holds a full driving licence and is willing to travel. A car allowance will be provided.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Customer Service experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Desirable basic Revit
  • Full clean driving licence

Architectural Designer

SUNBURY-ON-THAMES

Our team of talented Architectural Technicians are highly proficient in AUTOCAD and REVIT, with a flair for design and high level of attention to detail.

We recruit architectural technician who specialise in either design or technical drawings, all have a desire to assist our clients to create inspiring homes.

  • Setting up projects and managing process
  • Producing floor plans and elevations
  • Project discussions with senior designer
  • Review client amendments and reissue
  • Completing drawing reviews with clients.
  • Survey liaison with planning team
  • Subcontractor management (per project basis)
